Dear Yasin Khan,

You need to be registered on the EERE website to receive a password by e-mail by releasing the discharge from the program. If you want to download the plugin from OpenStudio for use SketchUp as graphical interface (GUI) for modeling the thermal temperature zones, the procedure will be the same.
