[EnergyPlus_Support] Difference between "Zone Air System Sensible Heating Energy" and "DistrictHeating:HVAC"

Hello,

What is the difference between between "Zone Air System Sensible Heating Energy" and "DistrictHeating:HVAC", and which one represents the energy spent in heating/cooling in order to meet the setpoint requirements. I am interested only in this energy.

I am trying to simulate the attached idf file and it is giving me contrary results. Few points about the building file.

After the simulation, I am seeing Zone Air System Sensible Heating Energy to be zero (with few blasts) and Zone Air System Sensible Cooling Energy to be non-zero. Why would anyone cool in Minneapolis winter? If one would, shouldn't we simply bring outside air and not spend cooling energy (Economizer is ON). On the contrary, DistrictHeating:HVAC is non-zero (which it should be) and DistrictCooling:HVAC is zero. There is no common ground between  Zone Air System Sensible Cooling Energy and  DistrictCooling:HVAC.

Is there a bug or I am missing something? Please help.

Thanks in advance
-Abhinandan
