Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] PTHP requires air loop?

I suspect that you have far more zones than are really needed, but that's a consideration for future models!

Dear users,

I am buildings a E+ model for a high-rise apartment building having 60 individual units. Each unit has an under-floor heating system with a gas boiler and an air-conditioner individually . Therefore, I created 60 thermal zones (each unit); each thermal zone is equipped with zone HVAC low temperature radiant system for heating and PTHP for cooling.

What I wonder is that the hot water loop for heating needs to be 60, which are connected to the each gas boiler in 60 units, respectively?  If PTHP are set, is air loop required?

Thank you.
