Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Model of the building

With e+ we can choose which elements should use the CTF algorithm and which should use the Conduction Finite Difference (CondFD) algorithm. CTF is the default. If you don't find what you're looking for in the engref and ioref, you could look at the source code which is also freely available. To monitor internal variables in the code, you'll have to get a good c++ development environment program. The source code is now in c++.

Hi
I need more explanation about modeling if you don't mind. I went through the document that you told me about(inputoutputrefernce.pdf and engineering.pdf)
I found that the energy plus is currently use the state space technique to fin the CTFs(1059 engineeringrefernce.pdf), so my question is how can I find A,B and c of the state space model and the system order. let suppose that we have one room with heater(thermostare) as HVAC system what is the model of this building.
hopefully my explanation was good enough.

I fully appreciate your help.

EnergyPlus has many interconnected models. These are broadly described in the documentation that comes with the installation. Particularly helpful is the inputoutputreference.pdf and the engineeringreference.pdf. Otherwise, the source code is also available.

Hi everybody,

could  anybody tell me whether or not we can find the Mathematical model of the building that we simulate on the EnergyPlus.
