please post you definition of object
FenestrationSurface:Detailed

and the object for the associated shading control.

There's also some examples:

i trying to attach blind window (movable insulation) for interior window, but it give some severe error such as :

** Severe  ** FenestrationSurface:Detailed="SUBOBJ:0013", invalid Shading Control Name because it is not an exterior window.

   ** Severe  ** FenestrationSurface:Detailed="SUBOBJ:0015", invalid Shading Control Name because it is not an exterior window.

   ** Severe  ** FenestrationSurface:Detailed="SUBOBJ:0019", invalid Shading Control Name because it is not an exterior window.

   ** Severe  ** FenestrationSurface:Detailed="SUBOBJ:0021", invalid Shading Control Name because it is not an exterior window.

it s ok for exterior window!!!
