I'm not sure what you mean by greyed out, but this is how you would set it for example:

Hi everyone,

probably a newbie question here, but I'm trying to set up my E+ 8.1 programme to display results in HTML, but the HTML option is greyed out and I cannot set up an action to rectify this.

Here is some system info:

Windows 8.1/64 Bit

I have IE/FireFox/Chrome,

Any help would be appreciated.
