[EnergyPlus_Support] need help about COOLING COIL TOTAL COOLING RATE {Maximum}[W] [2 Attachments]

However, in the detailed output report file (time step: 2 steps in 1 hour), i found that it was 0 at  26-JUN-08:00, 34717.62W at  26-JUN-08:30, 39644.86W at 26-JUN-09:00, respectively (please see the xls file attached). So why is the COOLING COIL TOTAL COOLING RATE {Maximum}[W] in Report: CoilReportMonthly much higher than in the detailed output file and why are they at different time (26-JUN-08:04 vs 26-JUN-09:00)?
