[EnergyPlus_Support] daylight control and ems light control

In EnergyPlus individual light sources cannot be modeled. So when daylight control is activated using lets say continuous dimming, the lumped lighting input power for a zone is reduced linearly in response to daylight illuminance?Right? If lighting input power is reduced by 75.5% this may not be practically possible since lumped light input power is being controlled not individual light sources being dimmed?

By some user defined fraction lights input power for a zone is reduced using EMS the same concept is applied?
