[EnergyPlus_Support] Erasing "Thermal Memory"?

Hello,

I am currently performing daily temperature set-point optimization using a co-simulation with Energyplus and MLE+. Following a solid warm-up, this method understandably requires some iteration over what should be an identical day. However, I've discovered that my zone temperatures are being inherited into subsequent iterations; this is despite specifying a single date to repeat without incrementing weekdays. This occasionally results in ending day zone temperatures that are cooler than the starting day temperatures, so there is some memory of the cooling work already done, skewing the optimized cost.

I would like to erase this memory following each iteration such that each initial state is always that of the very first day, post warm-up. Am I missing something obvious in EnergyPlus (or MLE+), or is something else required?

Thanks for your time.
