[EnergyPlus_Support] fan systems & design Days

            As discussed earlier, I've to model a 2BHK house in which AC is provided in only Master Bed, & only ceilings fans are installed in rest of the rooms. So, can i use " Fan:ConstantVolume " for this purpose or suggest what can i use.

            Also please tell me what are these design days & what is " 99.6% & 99% heating Design Conditions ", & how does it affects simulation results. Which one Design condition can i use ?
