[EnergyPlus_Support] Create device schedules based on energy costs

I am trying to determine if it is possible, and if so how to input schedules that are based on energy cost inputs rather than time of day.  I would like to model the response of a building to a real-time pricing program and have the different systems respond differently depending on the price.
