Since your timestep is 6 you can output variables with a timestep frequency. In you case it should be:
Output:Variable,*,Zone Mean Air Temperature,timestep;

Is it possible to display zone mean air temperature in 10mins interval?
I have the below in the IDF, but it doesn't seems right as I could only view up to Hourly.
