Something is not input correctly. e+ assumes the rating condition is close to a "normal" AHRI rating point if you are still autosizing the SHR. If this is not the case, you may need to choose another rating point in your performance matrix to normalize around and re-derive the curves or try use the rated SHR. Best practise would also be to use SHR curves based on manufacturer data which pretty much only TrnSys users do.
This also shows a problem. Are you sure you are using "gross" input values, e.g. the fan heat is added back onto the net cooling capacity to give you the gross capacity that you input into e+?
