[EnergyPlus_Support] Natural ventilation + mechanical cooling, possible in E+?

Hi,

My project consist in a residential building that will have natural ventilation and mechanical cooling. The cooling system consists in water cooled VRFs. 

Is it possible to simulate a mixed mode in energy plus? How can I set up the natural ventilation?
