[EnergyPlus_Support] Incident Beam Solar Radiation vs. Direct Solar Radiation Face [3 Attachments]

Hello all,

I have modeled a simple cube to simulate the incident solar radiation for different oriented surfaces on a specific day. The Incident Beam Solar Radiation on the horizontally flat roof should be identical to the Direct Solar Radiation from the weather file. Unfortunately it isn't although there is no overshadowing or reflective surface. The diffuse radiation results however match.
Could someone maybe explain what I am missing. I have attached the model, weather file and results for scrutiny.

Thanks in advance for any advice,
Oliver
