There is an ASHRAE IWEC2 weather file for Bodrum (TUR_BODRUM_172900_IW2, Lat 37.250N, Lon 27.667W) of fair data quality (~ 200 observations/month). There is much better historical data (~700 observations/month for 14 years) for the Milas-Bodrum Airport (TUR_MILAS-BODRUM_172734, Lat 37.250N, Lon 27.667W), which could be made into a "typical year" weather file, but it would cost more than an IWEC2 weather file.
Individual IWEC2 weather files are available online from White Box Technologies, Inc. in various formats (BINM for DOE-2, EPW for EnergyPlus, etc.), as well as country sets or even the entire IWEC2 collection.
