You are asking for weather data for a location that's pretty remote and away from any major city or airport. Furthermore, keep in mind that to create a "typical year" weather file requires at least 7 years of historical data, which puts another barrier to data availability. There are IWEC2 weather files developed by ASHRAE for 22 locations in Iran (see www.whiteboxtechnologies.com/IWEC2_locations.txt for list). The closest IWEC2 file to the location you mention is Bandar Abbas 170 km to the west, but since that's located on the Gulf, a better choice might be Zahedan 446 km to the northeast. Another better option is to create a "typical year" weather file for Iranshahr 290 km to the east, for which there are fairly complete historical data for the past 12 years. None of this is free, although the prices are, in my opinion, quite reasonable. For details, go to the Web site listed below.
