I looked at the node temperature of the supply side and realized that when the ODB is pretty low even if the heating coil is running, it does not providing enough heating energy to meet the load. This made me think that I didn't set up my system with a supplemental heat coil ... After creating one and running the model again and there was no hours where the heating set-point was not met.
