Did you add the plant branch to the mixer/splitter objects?

I hope you are all doing well .
I'm adding ceiling radiant cooling panels the 5 zones I have . I keep getting this error :
** Severe ** Node Connection Error, Node="RAD_PANEL_ZONE1_OUTLET", Inlet node did not find an appropriate matching "outlet" node.
** ~~~ ** If this is an outdoor air inlet node, it must be listed in an OutdoorAir:Node or OutdoorAir:NodeList object.
** ~~~ ** Reference Object=CONNECTOR:MIXER, Name=CW_MIXER_D
I've added the radiant panels the following way :
from Zone HVAC Radiative/Convective Units , I added ZoneHVAC:LowTemperatureRadiant:ConstantFlow
where for zone 1 it has inlet node name :rad_panel_zone1_inlet and outlet node name :rad_panel_zone1_outlet
then I've linked it with the cooling water loop (demand side of plant loop) by adding eac
