[EnergyPlus_Support] How to add this set simple setpoint

Hi guys ,

I have a water cooling coil . I've put the controller but I get this error message asking me to use a setpoint manager : 

** Severe  ** HVACControllers: Missing temperature setpoint for controller type=Controller:WaterCoil Name="CONTROLLER_2"

   **   ~~~   ** Node Referenced (by Controller)=MAIN_CC_INLET

   **   ~~~   **   use a Setpoint Manager with Control Variable = "Temperature" to establish a setpoint at the controller sensed node.

where can I add the set point manager in the program ? under which tab ?
