[EnergyPlus_Support] Coil controls for multiple zones

Dear all,

I have a simple model with two zones, served by a single DX cooling coil and a single gas heating coil, with outdoor air.

The desired performance is that the cooling coil will be off during winter, on during summer.

However, results show the cooling coil to be operating for the two zones during winter. The heating coil works as desired.

The two coils have relevant schedules indicating summer and winter behavior. I have AvailabilityManager:Scheduled pointing to a schedule of the whole system on during day, off during night. There is also a SetpointManager:SingleZone:Reheat for each zone. The setpoint node is the heating node outlet (the last one before it connects to the splitter).

Can anybody help to point out the correct way to specify the operation mode?
