[EnergyPlus_Support] Plant equipment capacity is not equal to the sum of zone capacities [2 Attachments]

Dear forum,

I am struggling to understand the discrepancy that I see in the hourly report where let's say the Sum of Heating Coil Heating Rates for all zone fan coils is very different than the Boiler Heating Rate in the same hour. Same thing applies for cooling (Sum Of Zone Cooling Rates vs Chiller Capacity) . 

The surprise is even bigger since there is no indication that heating or cooling demand from the plant is not met in case when Boiler or Chiller Rate is smaller than the Sum of Zone Heating or Cooling Coil rates.

Attached is the example and the csv file that comes with the E+ installation that I used as a test bed.

Any thoughts or explanation as to why this is happening is highly appreciated.
