You must look for je+ if you need to model large number of parametric system. example section can give direct answers to your questions.

Thank you for the help, I have modelled the building in DesignBuilder already, but I was trying to accept WWR as a parameter for my research and change values of it, in order to see its effects. Since EnergyPlus gives the chance to make group simulations i preffered it for simulations instead of DesignBuilder, I just thought in the same way with DesignBuilder, that EnergyPlus could also give the opportunity to make variations.
