DesignBuilder has both Parametric and Optimisation support and can change WWR and many more variable for such studies. It teamed up with je+ to do this. Check the DB help online.

Thank you for the help, I have modelled the building in DesignBuilder already, but I was trying to accept WWR as a parameter for my research and change values of it, in order to see its effects. Since EnergyPlus gives the chance to make group simulations i preffered it for simulations instead of DesignBuilder, I just thought in the same way with DesignBuilder, that EnergyPlus could also give the opportunity to make variations.
