Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] hi all

Hi,Carlos,

You can use legacy Openstudio plugin in Sketchup to create your building model and save it as Energyplus.idf file. Then you can open your .idf file using Energyplus idf editor, either editing or running the simulation.

In fact, using SketchUp GUI ”Legacy OpenStudio plugin  to EnergyPlus, and OpenStudio plugin to OpenStudio simulation software, right?

If you want to use sketch up for the modeling purpose then you must explore Openstudio plugin  to run energy plus simulation.
