Isn't there a Schedule:File object? (On my phone, can't check for sure) Otherwise if you want to do that interactively, EMS is what you want. You put an EnergyManagementSystem:Sensor on the node, an actuator on the availability schedule and write a little IF this THEN that program. Check out the EMS application guide, it has examples that are pretty much the same as what you need. EMS looks intimidating at first (at least to me it did) but really it's not that complicated at all. If you do decide to try it out and get stuck, let us know and we'll help you.
