I second that question.

If you only want to reduce the consumption of the floor (if they are billed on chilled water meters or example) then use a district heating and/or chilling meter.

If you need to do that for leed, I believe you have to model the entire building (don't quote me on that I'm not 100% sure)...

Hello,
I am simulating the floor of a building , however, this floor uses a fan coil .

How can I make the simulation only on the floor , when the COP is related to chiller building? (simulation according to ashrae 90.1)
