[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Weather conversion and time offset

Thanks for the replies. Just to clompetely clarify the parsing of the input CSV file. I am working with instantaneous measurements sampled at a few minutes interval so I can pretty much prepare the data as i want for processing. I would like to confirm that the following steps are the best:
- for hour h in the CSV file, take the temperature/humidity/wind speed/... at hour h
- for any sun-related quantity, take the cumulated radiation over the period h-1 to h and set the TimeHourOffset to -0.5 for the sun calculations
