[EnergyPlus_Support] too high temperatures [2 Attachments]

Hello, I have a problem with temperature inside my zones. It's a two zone model simulating a 80m2 detached house on one floor located in Pisa (Italy): there is no plant or system, just surfaces, constructions and internal loads (people, lights, electric equipment and gas). With a 0 value to all loads, the output values are realistic compared to outside temperature (maybe quite high the same I don't realize), but using the loads I supposed for the house, (I think the electric equipment is too high maybe, and the same for gas, but I tried to be more realistic with the paired schedule), the inside temperature increase too much, about +14-25° C compared with the NoLoads file, reaching unrealistic values (with no plant or system, I expect a lower inside temperature during January for example, just about 10-12°C). I'm using a weather data file from E+ online library. I think that loads are the problem here, as I tried to made a simulation with default constructions having the same problem. I also tried to decrease the highest loads but inside temperaure didn't decrease enough.
Hope someone could help me. Thanks.
