This is probably something only the helpdesk can help you
solve.

Did you try with one of the example files?

You can also use the options in EP-Launch to "reset" and then
reassign applications to EP-Launch.

Thirdly, you could attach your idf file -- to see if any of us could
duplicate the problem.
