[EnergyPlus_Support] Condenser Outlet temperature error (air cooled)

I keep getting this warning about the air cooled condenser output node :

   **   ~~~   **  Routine=NodeReportingCalc:CONDENSER SIDE OUTLET NODE,

   **   ~~~   **  Input Temperature=479809.06

How does temperature rise to such a level ??
