[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Room Air Modeling
After reading much more, the problem is fairly obvious. E+ solves an ODE for the load to determine the required mass flow rate/supply temperature to meet load requirements. This process iterates until "setpoint" is met (i.e. average air temp = setpoint setting). "Setpoint" acts as more of a stopping criteria for the air loop than a controlled variable.
With the problem found, can anybody recommend a solution? I'm able to modify source code if necessary.
