[EnergyPlus_Support] Algorithm for ceiling radiant panels

Hi everybody, 

I am simulating a ceiling hydronic low temperature radiant cooling system in a type office. For information, the office has an only one outward wall, south exposed and glazed.

 

I am wondering about the best heat balance algorithm to use for both â??HeatBalanceAlgorithmâ?? and â??SurfaceConvectionAlgorithmâ??. 

Are respectively â??ConductionTransferFunctionâ?? and â??TARPâ?? the most fitted models for such a system?
