It sounds like you are working exclusively in the IDF editor. You can open an IDF (it is a text file) in Notepad also. That is the easiest way to search and
replace through the whole file. You can search for your EMS code section and edit it in Notepad without deleting cell entries you see in the IDF editor. Just be sure to maintain the format for code you modify.
