Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to simulate damper being stuck closed in VAVs using EnergyPlus. To achieve this goal, I plan to use EMS to set the air mass flow rate of the VAV to be a constant. However, the EMS requires EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator. In the "EMS_Application_Guide,"
I did not find an actuator which can override the air mass flow rate. I want to know whether this actuator is available in EnergyPlus, and can you show me a list of all actuators in EnergyPlus?
