[EnergyPlus_Support] EnergyPlus Crush [1 Attachment]

Hi, I have a issue of the energy plus crush.

Every time I click the simulate button, the error shows up immediately says "EnergyPlus Crush".

Is there anyone have the similar problem? And anyone knows how to fix it?
