Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Electric chillers operate alternately

Dear Yueh-Chin,
If only one chiller runs at any time, simulate only one chiller.
p.s., I am assuming that water flow is restricted to one chiller at a time.

Hi everyone,
I am simulating a building with two chillers which are same type, capacity and consumption.(Centrifugal).

In reality the chillers are operate alternately(when "Chiller01" is operating, the "Chiller02" turns off), so how should I set the operate condition in EnergyPlus? Is it only I set 365 days operate conditions in EnergyPlus? Or I should only simulate a single chiller in my building with EnergyPlus.

If there is any replyr I'd appreciate it.

Sincerely,
Yueh-Chin

Everyone has cracks. That's how the light gets in. Who knew cracks could be an asset?
