If OtherEquipment affects temperature when you have defined latent = 100%, I recommend that you send that file to the EnergyPlus Help desk so they can review it for a possible bug.

Even with OtherEquipment with fraction latent = 1 temperature appears to be affected by this component.

I've found the component Humidifier:Steam:Electric which can injected my fix amount of water without modify temperature, so my problem is solve.
