I have been facing troubles when I compare the cooling COP of HVAC Template-5 Zone VRF (Heat Pump) with manufacture´s COP (Cooling Only Equipments), mainly in Part Load Conditions. Exactly at 25% of capacity.
At 25% of capacity the cooling COP of Tamplate (Eplus) is much lower than manufacture´s cooling COP that I have here.
Could you help me on how is the good way to change HVAC Template-5 Zone VRF Heat Pump to VRF Cooling Only, based on manufacter´s data?

Xavier,
I think that all VRF compressors are variable speed. Whether they are or not, however, the performance is always reflected by the various curves associated with the VRF.
Find good information on part-load power and capacity from the manufacturer, then make curves which reflect that performance.
DesignBuilder has an Excel template called "VRF Curve Generation Utilities"
on their website which is free to all; you may find that helpful.
