If your evaporative cooler cools the refrigerant (or water) from a liquid-cooled chiller directly, then, evaporativefluidcooler in condenser equipment is right model as I knonw.
In pg.975 (
https://energyplus.net/sites/all/modules/custom/nrel_custom/pdfs/pdfs_v8.5.0/InputOutputReference.pdf
), you can see there is also local loop for water spray. (however, the local loop doesn't make that much differences even in cooling towers, maybe useful to calculate evaporated water consumption..)
