[EnergyPlus_Support] Coil:Heating:water sizing with NominalCapacity method

Dear all,

I don't understand how E+ does the sizing for a water:coil:heating object.
I/O & Eng ref are not so clear to me.
I want to implement a water coil with a defined power rate from thecnical sheet.
To implement my water coil I set the performance input method to "nominal capacity", than I assign the rated capacity and the rated I/O air and water temperatures. Since I'm dimensionign the coil a FCU unit, I don't have any information about the outlet air temperature from the thecnical sheet.
U-Factor times area value and the maximin water flow rate are autosized and those fields are ignored with nominal capacity according to the manuals.

My question is this: even if I set everything according to the datasheets, in the HTML file I find that E+ report heating coil, the nominal total capacity is different the the value implementad manually in the code. I don't understand how this value is calculated and what it refears to. Also, how the rated capacity implemented in the bject is used?

No oversizing factors are implemented.

Can anyone give me more informations?
Thanks
