[EnergyPlus_Support] Condenser Cooling Energy

Dear All,
I have simulated HVAC: PTHP+Fan-Coil with chilled water loop and plant : chiller. I used 3 types of condenser i. water cooled, ii. evaporatively cooled and iii. air cooled. I found in all situations water cooled condenser type gave low cooling energy/electricity in all case than others condenser type. Can anybody help me to discuss why this happen and whats the logic? It may be noted here that the others conditions and parameters are same for the both simulations. Thank you and waiting for the discussion.
