Hello Jim,
I want that also the PIU fans cycle. I didn't find in ASHRAE a clear explanation about the control of the PIU fans, but I think that cycling during unoccupied hours is reasonable and coherent with G3.1.2.4.

At the first time I used the "occupation time" schedule for the object AirTerminal:SingleDuct:ParallelPIU:Reheat

Later I got the solution: the availability schedule of AirTerminal:SingleDuct:ParallelPIU:Reheat shall be always on, while the "occupation time" schedule shall be used for the PIU fans, i.e. for the objects Fan:ConstantVolume

The AvailabilityManager:NightCycle that I used for the central VAV fans control also the PIU fans.
