The +/- is not an option. There is no simulation of a PID controller because the time steps are usually not small enough. Assume perfect control on the part of the thermostat.
I am sorry but I dont see the way how to indicate the hysteresis temperature range. 22+-1 ºC for heating and 25+-1ºC for cooling, via a Schedule.
Regards.

How about Thermostat:DualSetpoint?

Hello all,
I would like to know if there is a way to include a dead band in a thermostat using the HVACTemplates objects, for instance, for heating i would like to specify to turn off the heating when a temperature of 23C is reached and turn on when it drops below 21C, that is, 22C with a hysteresis dead band of 1 C.
Regards.
