[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat Recovery From an Exhaust Fan

Dear Group,

Is there someone who can give me an idea to model heat recovery of an exhausted air from a very hot zone to a water loop?

Air to Water heat pump (with WaterHeater:HeatPump:PumpedCondenser)  can be used?
