Some corrections on the web addresses :
The correct web address for Weather Underground is www.wunderground.com
The web address for the archived ISD weather data at NCEI (formerly NCDC) is https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/isd
Some comments:
1. I'm not sure whether Weather Underground is accessible in China - remember having problems with that when I was in China
2. Both of these data sources are of raw data that requires a substantial learning curve from locating and downloading the data, processing the data and adding missing elements, and then converting them to the *.epw format.
