Hi Yan, the "FaultModel:TemperatureSensorOffset: OutdoorAir" simulates the faulty behavior of economizer when there is an offset of outdoor air temperature sensor offset. The economizer would not take in the proper amount of outdoor air as it should be. It does not change the outdoor air temperature levels, which you outputted via "Site Outdoor Air Drybulb Temperature". I agree with Jim's comments.
