[EnergyPlus_Support] How to add an actuator in EMS of EnergyPlus: an actuator overwriting the zone CO2 concentration

Dear EnergyPlus,

    I need to use an actuator to overwrite the zone CO2 concentration during EMS programming. How to add such an actuator?
