[EnergyPlus_Support] Solar water heater

Hello guys,
does anyone of you have tried to analise a solar water heater using energyPlus? I need to know if the program is able to model the usage of the system taking into account some aspects as the user's behavior (patterns) throughout the day, the stratification of the water in the storage tank (thermosiphon system). Have somebody tried that or know someone who did it?
