You can also use Elements, which allows you to edit EPW weather files for EnergyPlus or BIN weather files for DOE-2 in a spreadsheet format. You can copy data from a CSV, XLS, or other file formats that you an open in a spreadsheet editor, and then paste that data into the appropriate column in Elements and it will create the weather file for you.
